Always worked as dynamic member of Legislative Council, raised following issues, more than 6 Bills were presented in Council.

• 2001 Somaiya Hospital’s negligence, during Cataract Surgery 6 people lost their vision. To get them compensation went on “fast unto death” & got compensation for the blind.
• More than 30 questions were raised in malnutrition deaths.
• Always persuaded Mumbai Pollution & Traffic Problems.
   

• In last 6 years he was instrumental in launching 4 Ambulances in Maharashtra under the guidance of Shri Uddhavji Thackeray
   
• To conquer the Malnourishment problem & death occurred in the neonats with the help of rural hospitals & Shri Uddhavji Thackeray. Created ultramodern NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) in Melghat (Sadrawadi, Chikhaldara, Semadoh) in Nandurbar (Akkal kauva & Dhadgaon) in Thane (Mokhada, Dolkhamb, Khanivali, Vada)
   
• First “ICCU on Wheels” was developed in Mumbai
   
• Equipments useful to ICCU, ICU were given in Oras (Sindhudurg), V. N. Desai Hospital, Santacruz (E)
   
• More than 200 Free Cataract Surgeries conducted yearly.
